PRESENTATION
Refueling is a service within the Sem Parar app that makes life easier for users when refueling their vehicles at partner stations. Practical and quick, simply stop at the pump marked by Sem Parar, inform the attendant that you will pay with Sem Parar and the amount you wish to refuel, all without the need to use a card or cash.
CHALLENGE
The first versions of the abastece service only accepted users with post-paid plans who paid via credit card, that is, those who already had a card registered in their account.
With the strong demand for the abastece service from users with other types of plans and payment methods, there arose the need for improvement in the service adoption within the Sem Parar app, encompassing all customer scenarios and offering different payment options.
